We are looking for a full time Administrator

We are looking for a Trade in Administrator as a full-time role. Joining the Trade-in Team based in Norwich, the successful candidate will report to the Trade in Team Manager and provide support and administration to Wex customers.

This role would suit a proactive individual with excellent organisational skills and a meticulous approach to work and thrives in a busy team-based environment.

Goals and Objectives:

  • To answer incoming enquiries via email efficiently whilst delivering excellent customer service.
  • To Perform a wide range of administrative tasks daily, such as but not limited to;

– Regular system clean ups to ensure the system is kept up to date.

– Boxing and Shipping Customer repairs

– Processing of Trade in Credit and Cash orders

  • To act as an excellent representative to both Wex customers and associates
  • Working on additional tasks and projects as required

Experience and Qualifications:

  • At least one year of experience of working in a Customer Service/Administrative environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Capable of making quick decisions
  • Ability to work within a team environment
  • Excellent written language skills; including spelling, grammar and vocabulary.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and on own initiative.
  • Enthusiastic and flexible working attitude.
  • The ability to prioritise work and switch between tasks without the need for close supervision

Trade-In working hours:

The normal working hours will be 40 hours per week, working hours can be flexible to suit the individual.
