As a Recruitment Consultant with Time Appointments you will be given full autonomy and support to ensure your success, as you work towards achieving your personal and professional goals. We are also able to offer a structured career path with roles such as Senior Consultant, Principal Consultant, Team Managers & much more. These are centred around achievement and will give you the opportunity to realise your full potential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Calling prospective clients and selling the benefits of using Time Appointments for their recruitment services
  • Attending job fairs and client meetings/lunches
  • Registering candidates both face to face, and over the telephone
  • Preparing candidates for interviews and ensuring they have the best chance of success
  • Ensuring complete compliance to process across all Time Appointments procedures
  • Offering job roles to candidates
  • Using great communication skills in order to win new business
  • Working to targets
  • Hitting all KPI’s and targets set out for the day, week and month ahead
  • Uploading information on bespoke recruitment system
